How large can the workbook be?
Up to 25 MB. Remove unused sheets or heavy embedded images if you hit the limit.
Will formulas still calculate in the PDF?
No. The PDF shows calculated values as static text and numbers. Keep the .xlsx if you still need live formulas.
Do all sheets become PDF pages?
Visible sheets are included in the export. Hide or delete scratch sheets in Excel first if you only want the final table.
Does Excel to PDF run only in my browser?

Why did a wide table split across pages?
PDF pages have a fixed width. Narrow columns, landscape print settings, or a defined print area in Excel before upload usually helps.
