Draw on the pad
Sketch with mouse or touch on the canvas, clear if needed, then apply. Works well for a quick wet-ink look.
Type your name
Enter a name; it is rendered as bold Helvetica text, converted to an image, and placed on the page.
Upload PNG or JPEG
Use a scanned or photographed signature image. Transparent PNGs keep a cleaner look over white forms.
Page + six placements
Sign the last page (default), the first page, or every page. Position: top/bottom × left/center/right.

What signature methods can I use?

Can I choose which page gets the signature?
Yes — last page (default), first page, or all pages.
Where can I place the signature on the page?
Six presets: top or bottom, combined with left, center, or right.
Is this a legally qualified electronic signature?
No. This embeds a visual signature image. It is not certificate-based eIDAS/QES signing and does not replace specialized e-sign platforms when those are required.
Can I request signatures from other people?
No. Sign PDF only places your signature on a file you upload. There is no invite or counter-sign workflow.
Is Sign the same as Add Watermark?
No. Watermark repeats a status/logo stamp. Sign places a personal signature image on selected pages.
How large can the PDF be for signing?
Up to 25 MB. The signature is scaled to fit roughly within 180×72 points on the page.
Are my files uploaded when I sign a PDF?
No. Embedding runs in your browser with pdf-lib.
Does drawing work on phones?
Yes — the signature pad accepts touch as well as mouse input.
Do I need a pdfLaunch account to sign a PDF?
No. Upload, apply a signature, and download without registering.
