HTML to PDF takes HTML you already have — an .html / .htm file or code you paste — and renders it into a PDF with A4 pages. Use it for templates, receipts, email HTML, or static report pages when you need a file you can download and share — free on pdfLaunch.
This is not a “enter any website URL” crawler. Save or paste the HTML you control. For Word documents use Word to PDF; for photos use JPG to PDF; for spreadsheets use Excel to PDF.

Output is sized for standard A4 with modest margins — practical for print and most portal uploads.
Images & basic JS
Rendering enables images and JavaScript where the engine can load them. Heavy SPAs or login-walled assets may not look identical to a full browser session.

Yes. Use the Paste HTML Code tab, convert, and download the PDF.
Which file extensions are accepted?
.html and .htm for uploads. Paste mode accepts the markup itself.
How large can the HTML be?
About 5 MB of HTML content. Trim huge base64 images or split long reports if you hit the limit.
Can I enter a live website URL?
No. Provide HTML you control (file or paste). Save a page locally first if you need a URL’s markup as PDF.
What page size is the PDF?
A4 portrait with standard margins — suitable for most print and upload workflows.
Will complex JavaScript apps render perfectly?
Basic JS and images are enabled, but heavy SPAs or authenticated content often need a static HTML export instead.
Is HTML to PDF the same as Word to PDF?
No. This tool renders HTML/CSS. Word to PDF converts DOC/DOCX with LibreOffice.
Do you keep my HTML after conversion?
Temporary processing files are removed when the job completes. We do not store a lasting copy.
Why are some images missing in the PDF?
Remote images must be publicly reachable during render, or embed them as data URIs / local paths the HTML includes.
