Quarter-turn steps
Each click rotates a page by 90°. Two clicks = 180° (upside down fixed). Three = 270°. Angles stay on the PDF page rotation, not a blurry screenshot.
Per page or rotate all
Fix one sideways scan in a stack, or use Rotate all when every page needs the same turn. Reset all clears pending rotations before you download.
Multi-file upload
Add up to 10 PDFs (25 MB each). Pages appear in the grid so you can orient them before export.
One rotated download
Download saves pdflaunch-rotated.pdf. If you uploaded several files, pages are written into that single rotated PDF in grid order.

Which rotation angles can I use?
Pages turn in 90° steps — so you can reach 90°, 180°, or 270° from the starting orientation.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Rotate pages individually in the grid, or use Rotate all when every page needs the same turn.
How many PDFs can I upload?
Up to 10 files, 25 MB each. Pages from those files appear together in the grid.
What if I upload multiple PDFs?
Download produces one pdflaunch-rotated.pdf with the rotated pages combined in grid order. Keep files separate if you need distinct downloads — rotate them one file at a time.
Is Rotate the same as Organize PDF?
No. Rotate focuses on orientation. Organize is for rearranging page order (and related canvas fixes).
Does rotation reduce quality?
Page rotation is applied as a PDF transform via pdf-lib — it does not re-jpeg the whole document like an image export.
Are my PDFs uploaded to rotate?
No. Rotation runs in your browser. Files are not sent to our servers for this tool.
Can I undo rotations before downloading?
Yes. Use Reset all to clear pending rotations, or keep turning a page until it faces the right way.
Should I rotate before OCR?
Usually yes — upright pages OCR more accurately than sideways or upside-down scans.
Do I need a pdfLaunch account to rotate PDFs?
