Organize PDF — fix order and orientation
Organize PDF is the tool for a messy single document: pages arrived in the wrong sequence, a scan came in sideways, or chapter 3 somehow landed before chapter 1. Drag thumbnails into the reading order you want, tap rotate on any page that needs a 90° turn, then download one corrected PDF.
You are not combining separate files (that is Merge) and you are not exporting a subset (that is Extract). Organize reshapes structure inside the file you already have.

Grab a page card and drop it where it belongs. Page numbers on the grid update so the final PDF matches what you see.
Per-page rotate
Hit ↻ on any thumbnail to turn that page 90°. Mixed portrait/landscape scans are a common reason people land here.
Reset when you overshoot
Used Reset after a bad drag sequence? Start again from the uploaded order without re-selecting the file from disk.
Live rebuild
Each change rebuilds the downloadable PDF in the browser so the file you save matches the grid.
How to rearrange a PDF online
Upload one PDF
Open a file from your device or cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive). Pages appear as a draggable grid (up to 25 MB).
Reorder and rotate
Drag cards into the correct sequence. Rotate any sideways page. Use Reset if you need the original layout back.
Download the organized PDF
Save the corrected document. Text and images stay as PDF pages — you are not flattening the file into screenshots.

How do I rearrange PDF pages online?
Upload the PDF, drag page thumbnails into the order you want, then download the organized file. Changes apply to the new download; your original file stays on disk unless you overwrite it.
Can I rotate a single page without rotating the whole PDF?
Yes. Use the rotate control on that page’s card. Other pages keep their current orientation.
Is organize the same as merge?
No. Merge joins multiple PDF files. Organize reorders and rotates pages that already live inside one PDF.
Can I delete pages here?
This organizer focuses on order and rotation. To drop pages entirely, use Remove Pages, then come back if you still need to reshuffle what remains.
What does Reset do?
Reset restores the page order (and rotations you applied in this session) back toward the uploaded starting point so you can try again quickly.
What file size is supported?
PDFs up to 25 MB. Very large page counts also depend on your device memory.
Will reordering flatten text into images?
No. Pages are copied as PDF pages with any rotation you set. Searchable text remains searchable when it was present in the source.
Do you upload my PDF to organize it?
No for the organize step — it runs in your browser. Cloud import is only used when you explicitly open a file from online storage.
Can I organize on mobile?
Yes. The grid supports touch dragging. A sticky download button helps on smaller screens.
When should I use Rotate PDF instead?
If every page (or whole files) only need rotation and you do not care about reshuffling order, Rotate PDF may be faster. Use Organize when order and orientation both need work.
